Overview
At Lucky Elephant Club, we offer a refund and return policy valid for 30 days from your purchase date. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed.

Eligibility for Return
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with original packaging intact, to qualify for a return. Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for digital products, including apps and NFTs.

Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal care items

Return Process
To initiate a return, provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer. Instead, contact us at [email protected] for return instructions.

Partial Refunds
We may grant partial refunds in cases where items are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error. We also grant partial refunds for items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds
We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within a specific number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact us and send your item to our return address.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon the return of the item. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, please email us at [email protected], and we will provide you with the address of our nearest fulfillment center. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
