What is Lucky Elephant Club’s Return Policy?

At Lucky Elephant Club, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a refund within 30 days of receipt. Please note the following conditions:

  1. Custom-made products, including personalized items, are created just for you and cannot be returned.
  2. For hygiene and safety reasons, face covers are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  3. Products marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  4. Seasonal surcharges included in your order’s delivery total are non-refundable.

Please ensure your return meets the following standards:

  1. The package must be sent physically from within the United States
  2. The product is in its original state and packaging
  3. Apparel has the original tags attached
  4. Footwear is in the original shoe box
  5. Accessories have all parts of the original packaging

For orders made through Lucky Elephant Club, please follow these steps:

  1. Locate Your Order: Use your order number and email address to find your order details on our website.
  2. Initiate the Return: Select the items you wish to return and specify the reason for the return.
  3. Print and Ship: After completing the return process on our website, you will be provided with a return label. Print this label, pack the items in the original packaging or any available box, and seal it.
  4. Drop Off: Bring your package to a return drop-off location. We will process your return within 21 business days from the time our facility receives it. A complete quality inspection of each product will be conducted before approving a refund.

Lost Packages and Shipping Issues: For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. However, if tracking information states an order was delivered but you haven’t received it, we won’t take responsibility and reship that order. In such cases, any replacements would be at your expense.

International Returns: For orders shipped internationally, please be aware that return policies may vary. Contact our customer service for specific instructions based on your location.

  1. Go to the Order Tracker 
  2. Enter your order number (i.e., AD000000000) and email address to find your order details
  3. Select Return Items 
  4. Select the product to return, return reason, and the payment method for your refund
  5. If Exchanging, select the product to exchange and your new size
  6. Follow the easy label and shipment return instructions provided

Once you have followed the prompts to complete your return or exchange on you will be provided with a return label.

To send back your order, simply:

  1. Pack the item(s) you want to return in the original box, or any available to you.
  2. Seal the box and place your return label over the original delivery label.
  3. Bring your package to a return drop off location. 
  4. We will process your return within 21 business days from the time that our facility receives it.
  5. Processing your return will include a complete quality inspection of each product before a refund is approved.
  6. After your return is processed with a complete quality inspection and a refund is approved, you will receive a credit issued back to your original form of payment within 3-10 business days.
